Chromecast Following the announcement yesterday, some Google TV owners began to worry that Mountain View is taking a different approach to its TV business smart. But those fears were clearly unfounded, as Warren Rehman own company confirmed in its Google+ page that Google TV is not only alive and well, but soon again supports streaming Google HDMI dongle. While we do not have an exact date of when Google TV will receive the update that introduces Chromecast functionality, we will keep you updated as we learn more.
