Kochadaiiyaan (Translation: King Long, curly hair) is an upcoming Tamil period film directed by Soundarya R. Ashwin and written by KS Ravikumar. The film will feature Rajinikanth on paper with three R. Sarathkumar, Aadhi, Deepika Padukone, Shobana, Rukmini Vijayakumar, Jackie Shroff and Nassar. The film, which is expected to be shot with 3D motion capture, is photographed by Rajiv Menon, while background score and soundtrack is composed by AR Rahman. The film will be copied and published simultaneously in Telugu (as Vikrama Simha), Malayalamand English, and also published in Hindi and Japanese.] From 2012, the Italian and Spanish versions of the film has been announced. Shooting for the film was completed in late February 2013, and post-production works are currently going on in London, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and especially China.
